Wandering in Da Lat, Vietnam4 min read

Regarded as the city of eternal spring, Da Lat has a daily average temperature of 15°C minimum to 24°C maximum. Da Lat’s most famous for its farming products including vegetables and flowers, especially the colourful hydrangeas. Conquering the majestic Lang Biang Mountain (or Lam Vien Mountain) is among top things to do in Da Lat according to travel review sites.

This city, with its lovely French villas, is viewed as a thumbnail of Paris in Vietnam.

Best time of the year to visit Da Lat

Da Lat owns a mild, cool and refreshing weather all year round, hence any day of the year would be great time to visit this amazing city.

Like most mountainous areas of Vietnam, Da Lat has both dry and wet season. The period between November and March is the better time for travellers who are not into the rain; and of course the period to avoid in this case is between April and October.

For your information, there’s a flower festival in Da Lat hosted every January, when plenty of unique flowers types from this city as well as many others from Vietnam are exhibited.
