AMOK STEAMED FISH

Amok steamed fish is a traditional dish of Cambodia, with a rather simple appearance but is elaborately processed and delicate.

An interesting dish, or a Greek dish known as Khmer beef salad, Cambodian favorite dish by the taste of spicy and sour, easy to eat with friends. Lap Khmer is made by slicing thin beef or marinated beef with lemon juice, mixed with lemongrass, onion, garlic, fish sauce and herbs.

KHMER RED CURRY

CURRY NOODLE (NOM BANH CHOK)
